About this project

A completed Dua Arah project from 2024. The client and guests are not named, and the images are cropped details to protect the client's and guests' privacy.

Event format

Corporate appreciation night with guest arrival, staged award moments, brand photo points and post-event documentation.

What we coordinated

Guest flow, a clear rundown for the program, vendor timing and documentation planned around the award moments.

How a night like this holds together

The awards set the clock

An appreciation night is remembered for the moment each name is called. So the rundown starts from the award order, and registration, dinner and music are timed around it, not the other way round.

Photo points on the guest path

Brand photo points work when guests pass them anyway. Placing them between arrival and seating means people use them without being asked.

Documentation planned, not hoped for

The photo team works from the same rundown, so they are in position before each award. The recap then shows the moments the client planned the night for.

Planning a night like this?

Send us these four things and we can draft a first rundown and quote:

  • The number of guests and the venue, if chosen
  • The list and order of awards or speeches
  • Brand assets for the stage and photo points
  • What the recap is for: internal, social media or both
