A company night has three audiences at once: guests who should feel welcome, a stage that must run on time, and a brand that wants to be seen. Plan them separately and the queue backs up, the awards start late and the photos miss the moments that matter.

About this concept

A studio concept that shows how we plan an event as one flow, from the door to the last cue. It is not a client project, and the imagery is generated.

What it explores

How one visual language and one cue sheet can carry an event from the arrival area to the stage and the after-moment.

How it works

Every part of the night hangs off one cue sheet. Guests move through arrival, seating and dinner on a path that never crosses the crew's. The crew works from the same timings as the stage, so when a speech runs late, lighting, music and photo moments shift together.

One event, one flowGuests arrive and register, are seated by zone, the crew runs the cue sheet, the stage opens the program, guests dine and use photo points, and the crew loads out while the recap is prepared.GUESTSCREWSTAGE01Arrival &registrationQR · badges02Seating byzonesignage · ushers03Cue sheet liveone rundown04Opening &awardslight · sound ·screen05Dinner & photopoints06Load-out &recapphoto · video

Decisions that mattered

One look from door to stage

The arrival area, backdrop and tables share materials and colours, so a photo taken anywhere in the room looks like the same event.

Crew paths that never cross guests

Cases, cables and changeovers move behind the room, so the guests' view stays clean during every transition.

Photo moments written into the rundown

The photographer knows when each moment happens and where to stand, so the recap shows what the client actually wanted to remember.
